All available items are in-stock and ready to ship on the next business day (Monday through Friday) unless otherwise stated. Please refer to the full shipping policy for more information.

Tracking within the destination country may not be available for the First Class Package International service. Your local postal service's website (e.g. Canada Post, Deutsche Post) may have more detailed tracking information. If your tracking stops after the item departs the United States, then please reach out to your local customs authority or post office with the tracking number.

Return Policy

Changed your mind? We have a 30-day return policy for unopened items. To initiate a return, please contact us. Once approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. You'll receive a full refund once your return has been delivered.

Warranty Information

We offer a one year parts and labor warranty on all products. If you received a damaged or otherwise defective product please let us know. We'll work with you to make it right.

Purchase Orders

We accept purchase orders. However, payment via the readily available checkout methods is preferred. To place a purchase order, please email it to us.

Sales Tax

California residents are charged sales tax of approximately 7.75%. International customers are responsible for taxes (import duty, VAT and sales tax) imposed by their countries. Packages typically pass through customs without issue.

Receipts and Invoices

All customers will receive an order confirmation email. If you need a more detailed receipt or invoice, please let us know via the contact form above. We'll follow up with a completed receipt or invoice.

Controleo2 Support

Released over eight years ago, Controleo2 was a wonderfully successful product. Many Controleo2's are still going strong. However, all good things must come to an end. Controleo2 has reached the end of its product lifecycle. We can no longer offer updates to the Controleo2 build guide, update page, or GitHub. We will offer limited Controleo2 support going forwards.

Fortunately, upgrading to Controleo3 couldn't be easier. Controleo3 uses the same relays, thermocouple, servo bracket, and 5V wiring as Controleo2. This means that it's not necessary to open the oven. Just swap out the old controller and its enclosure, run the learning cycle, and you're good to go.

The Controleo3 reflow oven build kit also features some substantial improvements in insulation. While Controleo2's insulation works great in most cases, upgrading it may be worthwhile for high-temperature lead-free reflow.
