Introducing Opto 22 SSRs
We've been working hard to maximize the reliability of your solder reflow oven. Beginning in December 2025, all build kits and ready-to-run ovens include top-notch solid state relays from Opto 22.
More conductors, more control
Upgrade to 18/8 Multi-Conductor Cable
Beginning in December 2025, kits will ship with 18/8 multi-condcutor cable instead of 18/6. This adds headroom to control convection fans and cooling fans with the same cable.
Stainless Steel Heaters
Custom Heating Elements
Our reflow oven build kits include custom stainless steel resistive heaters to increase the performance of your oven. These are rated for 400W at either 120VAC or 240VAC. This is the only difference between the 120V and 240V build kits.
Ceramic Fiber Blanket Alternative
Introducing SuperWool
As of August 2022, we’ve started shipping SuperWool Plus as a replacement for ceramic fiber blanket. SuperWool Plus is widely accepted as a safer alternative that causes less mechanical irritation. However, we still recommend exercising the same precautions as required by ceramic fiber blanket in order to mitigate irritation of the eyes, nose, and throat.

Servo Motor Kit
Controleo3 drives a powerful MG996R to open the oven door when the profile is complete. The build kit includes a servo package with all the parts you'll need to set it up.
