This kit has everything you’ll need to build your own convection reflow oven. It’s designed for larger ovens that deviate from our build guide. Compared to the regular kit, it includes extra insulation, hardware to control the convection fan, and more.

The oven in the build guide has a reflow area of 8” x 10.5”. Convection ovens typically achieve larger reflow areas, but may struggle with high-temperature lead-free reflow. If you don’t need the extra reflow area, check out our regular kit.

Controleo3 will learn the characteristics of your completed oven and tune its PID algorithm to reliably hit your temperature targets.

The custom profile language gives you complete control over your oven’s behavior. Enjoy the freedom to set temperature targets, open the door, print to the screen, graph temperature curves, and more. Its bake mode helps you remove moisture from sensitive parts, dry 3D printer filament, cure resins, and more.

There’s a lot more to know about Controleo3. See the rest of the features in the Controleo3 overview. Learn how to set up Controleo3 using our build guide. To learn about the contents of the kits, click here.

Our kits don’t include toaster ovens. Follow our guide to choose a toaster oven.
